for Using the dadu44 Platform

1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and dadu44 ("Platform", "we" or "us"). This document governs your access to and use of the dadu44 website, including all gaming services, account management, financial transactions and communications conducted through this platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit or using any part of the dadu44 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the dadu44 platform.

• Wagering Requirement — the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

• Transaction — any financial activity within an account including deposits, withdrawals and bonus transfers.
• Services — all functions and content provided by the dadu44 platform to registered members.

3 User Eligibility

Use of the dadu44 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Aged at least 21 years old at the date of account registration.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not subject to any local or international legal prohibition relating to the use of online gambling platforms.
• Not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion programme at any gambling platform.
• Registering an account on their own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.

4 Account Registration and Verification

Each user is only permitted to hold one account at dadu44. Registering multiple accounts (whether using the same or different details) is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts along with the freezing of funds.

During the registration process, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information including:

• Full name as shown on your identity card (MyKad)
• An active mobile phone number that belongs to you
• A valid and accessible email address
• Your exact date of birth

An identity verification process (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or when dadu44 determines that verifying your identity is necessary. Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad and a recent bank statement.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

dadu44 supports Malaysia's major local payment methods to make your financial transactions straightforward. All available deposit and withdrawal methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).

General transaction terms:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM50 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 per transaction.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.
• dadu44 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits and withdrawals.

All transactions are subject to security checks. Should any suspicious activity be detected, dadu44 reserves the right to suspend transaction processing for the purpose of further investigation.

6 Bonus and Promotion Terms

Bonuses at dadu44 are granted according to their respective specific terms and conditions. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — they must first be wagered in accordance with the stated requirements.

New Member Welcome Bonus:

• First deposit match of 150% up to a maximum of RM1,000.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount received.
• Calculation example: a deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM150, giving an account balance of RM250, with a wagering requirement of RM150 × 15 = RM2,250 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Another example: a deposit of RM1,400 generates a bonus of RM1,000 (maximum cap), giving an account balance of RM2,400, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.

The dadu44 VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate, ranging from up to 0.3% for Bronze to up to 1.5% for Diamond. Your VIP tier is determined based on your gaming activity over time.

7 Game Rules and User Conduct

All games on dadu44 — including slots, live casino, sports betting, mix parlay and blackjack — are operated according to their respective rules set by the game developers and platform. Users are responsible for understanding the game rules before participating.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dadu44 platform:

• Use of automation software, bots or assistance tools to play
• Strategic collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploitation of technical errors or system bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Identity fraud or use of another person's account information
• Any activity that may be associated with money laundering

The outcome of all games is final. Disputes regarding game outcomes may be submitted to the dadu44 support team within 48 hours of the game in question.

8 Responsible Gambling

• Actions that compromise the security or integrity of the platform
• Requests from competent authorities

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the dadu44 support team. Valid account balances will be returned after the verification process is complete, subject to the deduction of any bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirements.

10 Limitation of Liability

dadu44 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, service disruptions or technical deficiencies.

The dadu44 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running without interruption, we cannot guarantee service availability at all times due to external factors such as network disruptions or necessary system maintenance.

11 Amendments to These Terms

dadu44 reserves the right to amend, improve or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to users via a notice on the website or to their registered email address.

Continued use of the dadu44 platform after the effective date of any such amendment will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms from time to time to stay informed of the latest changes.

12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

dadu44 operates under a valid international licence. These Terms are interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which this platform's licence was issued.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the dadu44 platform shall first be resolved through direct negotiation with the dadu44 customer service team. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to an arbitration body recognised by the licensing authority.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, only that provision shall be void, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
